"Cuando cuidas tu cuerpo físico, con tu alimentación y ejercicio, de
alguna manera estás ocupando tu mente en cosas sanas, además de que los
alimentos y la actividad física producen endorfinas, y, por ende,
anímicamente nos encontramos bien”. Bajo esta como filosofía del cliente
(verdaderos eruditos en nutrición), nuestro objetivo en este proyecto
consistía en plasmar el espíritu de la naturaleza que vemos reflejado en
el interior de cada fruto, de cada ser vivo en aplicaciones de marca
crudas y naturales… Mediante un ejercicio de fotografía
pseudo-microscópica descubrimos al universo mismo dentro de las entrañas
de un rábano, de un kiwi, de una rodaja de zanahoria…no hay nada nuevo
para crear en Ila Barú, solo basta observar la creación, contemplar el
interior. El proyecto arquitectónico contempla tres áreas; minisuper
orgánico, barra de jugos mas café y consultoría en nutrición: Sabiduría
al comer, un lenguaje sincero y relajado a través de texturas “raw” y
tonos terracotas… Detrás del reto que conlleva la comunión de estas
áreas y una circulación efectiva en el espacio se esconde una nueva
experiencia en el rubro y en la ciudad de Chihuahua. Saber comer.
"When you take care of your physical body, with your food and exercise,
you are somehow occupying your mind in healthy things, in addition to
food and physical activity producing endorphins, and therefore, we are
in a good mood." Philosophy of the client (true scholars in nutrition),
our objective in this project was to capture the spirit of nature that
we see reflected in the interior of each fruit, each living being in raw
and natural brand applications ... Through an exercise in microscopic
photography we discover the universe itself inside the entrails of a
radish, a kiwi, a slice of carrot ... there is nothing new to create in
Ila Barú, just look at the creation, look at the interior. The
architectural project contemplates three areas: organic mini market,
juice bar plus coffee and nutrition consulting, a sincere and relaxed
language through raw textures and terracotta tones... Behind the
challenge of communion in these areas and effective circulation in the
space hides a new experience in the field and in the city of Chihuahua.
