Desde Chihuahua hasta Chiapas, el sabor chilango se manifiesta por todo México. El término Chilango define a aquellas personas que emigraron de todos lados hacia el centro del país y son responsables de la gran mezcla gastronómica que hoy se vive en la ciudad de México, para este proyecto de interiores y marca, revivímos aspectos de la cocina y el lenguaje cotidiano del mexicano, logrando un proyecto incluyente y accesible, explotamos el uso de la silaba “ch" en nuestro lenguaje de manera divertida y relajada: color y sabor en un ambiente que recuerda a la casa de la tía Chole.
From Chihuahua to Chiapas, the “chilango” taste manifested throughout Mexico. The term Chilango defines those people who migrated from all sides towards the center of the country and are responsible for the great gastronomic mix now lives in Mexico City, for this project interior and brand, reliving aspects of the kitchen and Mexican everyday language, achieving an inclusive and accessible project, we exploit the use of the syllable "ch" in our language in a fun and relaxed way: color and flavor in an atmosphere reminiscent of aunt Chole.
